Many repairs were made while we resided on the property in the last 4 years. From getting exterior house repainted which was in the seller’s POS when we purchased the the home in 2021. We took over all the POS responsibilities from the seller and worked with licensed contractors that the city approved to get the property back into compliance with the Building & Housing department. Here are a few BEFORE / AFTER photos of the work being completed over the years.
